Marketing Permissions Workshops
A Marketing Forum and Ticketsolve series of online workshops
15 November 2022-6 January 2023

Following up on various Marketing Forum discussions over the summer and in Cork, we’re inviting you to take part in our upcoming Marketing Permissions Workshops. They are for every arts centre, venue, theatre and festival with a box office system and an opportunity for marketing and box office teams to change your database, privacy, and marketing permissions approach to a legitimate interest one.

The series of online workshops, starting in mid-November and running until early January 2023, will be delivered by Katy Raines of Indigo working with Lucy Costelloe of Ticketsolve. The aim is to maximise the reach and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns. While the policy and report templates will be Ticketsolve ones, the GDPR and compliance principles are relevant to all. Katy and Lucy will offer guidance, templates, FAQs and a step-by-step approach on how to manage this important marketing permissions change to dramatically increase the number of people that receive your venue, tour or festival’s marketing communications.
