A Marketing Forum and Ticketsolve series of online workshops

The series of online workshops, starting in mid-November and running until early January 2023, will be delivered by Katy Raines of Indigo working with Lucy Costelloe of Ticketsolve. The aim is to maximise the reach and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns. While the policy and report templates will be Ticketsolve ones, the GDPR and compliance principles are relevant to all. Katy and Lucy will offer guidance, templates, FAQs and a step-by-step approach on how to manage this important marketing permissions change to dramatically increase the number of people that receive your venue, tour or festival’s marketing communications.

New dates: As you know, we’re planning two 1-hour sessions in January and we’ve made a slight amend to this dates (11am – noon on 18 and 26 January) and the first of those will be focused on Box Office – technical implementation, but also training BO staff.
