Irma McLoughlin
Interim DirectorIrma has over 25 years of producing, leadership, advocacy, strategy development, governance and relationship building experience in theatre and the performing arts. Originally a theatre producer, Irma works with Theatre Forum previously as General Manager/Producer and now as Interim Director.
Theatre Forum is currently in a transition period and will become Ireland’s Performing Arts Forum in late Spring 2024 with a vision to be a forum that supports artists, arts workers, and organisations to build a better connected, more diverse, and stronger community.
Prior to her work with Theatre Forum, Irma worked with Storytellers Theatre Company, Blue Raincoat, Children’s Books Ireland and IETM
A creative and strategic thinker, Irma has also contributed to the National Campaign for the Arts, #WakingTheFeminists and was a founding board member of GlasDrum which presents arts and cultural events in Glasnevin and Drumcondra including the Winter Chamber Music Festival and New Sounds in an Old Place.

Paul Donnelly
Events & AdminPaul has worked behind the scenes with various Arts Festivals in Dublin since 2014 in many roles from Volunteers Coordinator to Hospitality Manager, Guest Liaisons to Front Of House. With a background in Fine Art (MA from NCAD) he has an avid interest in Photography & Performance. If he is not at the nearest theatre, you can find him in the open sea pretending to be a fish or on the mat teaching yoga.

Eileen Stevenson
Project Manager, Communications & MembershipEileen has been working in the Events & Arts Festival industry for over a decade, including volunteering with an array of arts festivals, and co-ordinating the volunteer programme with Dublin International Film Festival, Culture Night and International Literature Festival Dublin. Having studied Communication Studies in DCU, receiving a postgraduate diploma in PR & Event Management, having worked in Marketing and Events at Rediscovery Centre and Front of House at Dance Ireland, among many other freelance events and projects, Eileen is delighted to be on board as Project Manager with Theatre Forum.
