Marketing Permissions Workshop
Thursday 30th March, 11am-12pm on Zoom
Please register for the zoom link here

The Marketing Forum Group has been looking at how changing your marketing permissions approach to a legitimate interest one could dramatically increase the number of people that receive your venue, tour or festival’s marketing communications. This would minimise the cost and maximise the reach and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

Following on from last year’s Marketing Forum discussions, we’re inviting you to join us for the last Marketing Permissions Workshop of this series. It’s for everyone in arts centres and venues who is considering or in final stages of changing their marketing permissions approach to a legitimate interest one. Festival marketing and box office teams getting ready to launch programmes might also be interested in a Q&A specifically for festival marketing teams interested in changing to a legitimate interest approach.

This workshop will be delivered by Katy Raines of Indigo working with Lucy Costelloe of Ticketsolve. As before, the policy and report templates will be Ticketsolve ones, though the GDPR and compliance principles are relevant to all. Katy and Lucy will offer a final overview of how a legitimate interest approach could increase your marketing effectiveness, provide Balancing Test and Privacy Policy templates, and discuss a step-by-step approach on managing change. If you or any of your team colleagues have any questions, just email us in advance.

This event is free and open to all. Please register so we can send you the Workshop Zoom link on the day.
