Bullets Cropped

The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election will take place on Friday, 30 September 2022.

As the first step in the AGM process, we’re asking members to propose candidates for election. Note that while proposers must be paid-up Theatre Forum members, candidates don’t have to be members, though obviously should agree to the nomination. If you would like to propose someone, complete and return a nomination form by 1 September 2022.

As a registered charity, this Theatre Forum board director is a voluntary, unpaid board position. The Board of Directors meets at least six times per year plus the AGM.  Online attendance at board meetings is facilitated. You can consult the Theatre Forum CLG Constitution for company and governance information. Here’s the AGM timeline:

  • Open for nominations of candidates for election – 18 August 2022
  • Close for nominations of candidates for election – 1 September 2022
  • Notice of AGM to all members – 8 September 2022
  • AGM – 30 September 2022 (online and in-person) in the afternoon
